Types of Integrated Motherboards

Types of Integrated Motherboards :-  
1.) desktop Motherboard - 

These motherboards are used inDesktop type of computers, i.e. Personal computers. the computers consisting desktop motherboard are used mostly in office and homes. such Computer system are capable to handle normal desktop load such as office suite tools and some development activity. 

such motherboards are designed to handle desktop / Workstation activity wich requires less processing capabilities.  

2.) Server Motherboard - 

These motherboards are advanced than Desktop Motherboard. 

Thy are also called as heavy-duty system board as it has to support multiple users. A server could be a web server, App server , DB server wich require a lot of processes to be running in the background. This put a lot of load on CPU , RAM and I/O.

These motherboards have a provision to support multiple processors to cope with increasing workloads. These motherboards support further expansion, improved graphics and different memory technology. 

Desktop motherboards aupport an extensiv choice of component manufacturers.

3.) Laptop motherboards - 

Laptop motherboards have different form factors as compared to desktop motherboards. The form factor depends on Laptop manufacturer. these motherboards have more functions and utilities than desktop motherboards. Some laptop manufactures use a proprietary memory module, wiche means you can only expand the memory capacity of the computer if you buy the memory stick from you computer's manufacturer. Desktop, the other hand, support an extensive choice of component manufactures.
